Studio
Soléa

Inspired by the word soleil — sun — Solea reflects light, strength, and grounded energy. The name reflects our belief in movement that energises, grounds, and builds lasting confidence from the inside out.
Founded in 2025, Studio Soléa is a boutique Pilates studio serving Mount Eden, Auckland CBD and the surrounding central Auckland community.

We offer personalised Reformer and Tower Pilates classes inspired by classical Pilates principles, with a modern approach to strength, mobility and mindful movement. Whether you are beginning your Pilates journey or building on years of experience, our small group classes are designed to help you move with greater confidence, control and intention.

At Studio Soléa, every detail has been considered to make your routine feel a little more personal - and a little more special.
